At that point, I was grappling with the agony of two disc bulges. Having been through two unsuccessful rounds of physical therapy, my pain had pushed me into a corner of depression and anxiety.

Growing up, I struggled with feeling like I wasn't good enough.
It was a fear that drove me to want to help people. I found my calling coaching basketball, where I could help others get better and feel more confident.
But one day, everything changed. I hurt my back and it was so bad that I couldn't even help myself. I felt useless, my self-worth was at an all-time low and I felt utterly alone.
I was offered drugs and surgery, but I knew I had to take control of my life to avoid this from ever happening again.
It wasn't easy, but I did it! I found the solution within myself, through research and a comprehensive plan that became a lifestyle change. And now, my why is to help you do the same.

My program was built for busy people, who experience pain, and who have a hard time prioritizing their health and fitness goals due to the overwhelm of personal and professional life.
I only teach what you can sustain long-term while still being able to enjoy the holidays, vacations and special events.

Any good coach charges about $80 sessions; x3 sessions a week is $960 a month.

That usually doesn't even include accountability outside of the gym which is 90% of the results. ❌
There are a few reasons why some people prefer the approach I take, especially when it comes to staying motivated.

Simple, programs that you can download off the internet for free, or buy for cheap, ARE NOT individualized and lack support.
If you download a free program off the internet or buy a cheap one to follow, you need to figure out how to make adjustments and make it work with your lifestyle.
